If you're looking for a classic old school alien killer, where all you have to do is kill as many aliens as possible before they kill you and all of mankind (and anything else that gets in their way), then this is your lucky day! Space Strike is just such a game. On entering the game you'll find yourself in the year 2037, and humans now occupy the Moon and other planets.
The story in Space Strike starts when the defence radars pick up a signal from an unknown area of space, which is where your mission starts. You play a spaceship pilot (of course!) and your mission is to use all the weapons at your disposal (including lasers, missiles, guns etc) in order to halt the advancing horde. You must survive as long as you can while at the same time destroying enemy ships, bases, tanks and anything else you feel needs to be destroyed!
As is the norm in this type of game, in Space Strike you don't have much to start with: a basic ship with basic weapons. But, as you progress through the game, and as you kill more and more aliens, you'll gain access to all the hi-tech kit in order to upgrade your ship and weapons.
In Space Strike you'll find five different missons covering different environments as you try and defeat the level bosses. You can then share your scores with others around the world.
